A critical factor for every dream home is the Site Evaluation (determining the appropriate foundation, optimal lot layout and placement, setback adherence, easement considerations, and more) – we provide this at no additional cost.


We take the stress out of building with no surprises - your price is locked in at contract (no “cost plus” or surprise change orders).


We deliver your brand-new dream home “contract to keys” in 9-12 months; faster than any other custom home builder.

Your Dream. Our Process.

Step 1 - Tell Us About Your Lot


The journey to your dream home starts with your lot. We'll need to understand the lot dimensions, setbacks, and other characteristics of your lot in order to guide you through floorplan selection. We have 200+ floorplans, so helping guide you to the perfect plan is our first step.

Step 2 – Determining Your Budget


After you choose your plan, we will perform a site evaluation, which will provide you with all the turnkey site work costs.


We will also determine the best foundation for your home, utility configurations, house placement, etc. We will still be under your budget at this point.

Step 3 - Create an Options Wish List


Your dedicated True Homes Advisor will walk you through all of the structural options and evaluation choices for your plan that will bring your dream home into focus.

Step 4 - Sign a Purchasing Agreement


Once you've identified your lot, your budget, floorplan, and structural options, it's time to sign a purchase agreement for your dream home.


This marks the beginning of your exciting journey towards building your new home!

Step 5 - Personalization


With your purchase agreement in place, you'll meet with your dedicated Design Studio consultant to start selecting finishes, fixtures, and other details for your home.


True Homes will then complete your personalized construction plans and submit them for building permits, kicking off the pre-construction phase.

Step 6 - Construction Begins


Your home will start taking shape once framing begins, and during this stage, your dedicated Personal Builder will reach out to schedule your New Home Review meeting.


From the time you sign the contract to the moment you receive your keys, our expedited timeframe averages less than 12 months, ensuring a swift and efficient construction process.

Step 7 - Enjoy Your New True Home!


Once your new True Home is completed, you can step into your dream home, where your vision has been brought to life with expert craftsmanship and personalization.
