Open

Our airiest, most partition-free plan. Designed for informal, casual living and entertaining, this plan offers flexible furniture placement, empowering you to define the space as you see fit.

Traditional

Open where it needs to be, this lifestyle incorporates a familiar, designated room flow. Enjoy a dining room up front and a great room. A front-facing study makes working from home a breeze.

Transitional

In this plan, the kitchen is the center of gravity. From the oversized island, there's a direct eyeline into the open great room and dining room, making it perfect for both cooking and socializing.

Contemporary

Designed with entertaining in mind, this plan allows the kitchen, dining room, and great room to flow effortlessly into one another. The first-floor study and flex room make working, working out, or hosting guests easy.
